There are several options if you don't have an e-mail account and they are all FREE!!!
It depends if you want to use the e-mail account again for other purposes. If you do then you should sign up for an account using one of the options under permanent e-mail solutions.
If not then you want to use one of the options under temporary email solutions. If you sign up using one of these the site MyJSL will not be able to auto reset your password, or send you information!!
Temporary E-mail Solutions
10 Minute Mail - Creates an email account that will only last 10 Minutes. Your confirmation will come immediately. Leave the mail window open while you setup your account(the e-mail will show up very quickly).
Mailnator - You create your own account. Everyone in the world can access it and the name must be youruniqueusername@mailinator.com(this is almost the same format on any similar site) No sign up is required just put this in as the address. Mail only last a few hours in the inbox.
